Public figure. Under the supervision of Arthur Giloyan, Armenians of Saint-Petersburg, natives of Javakhk, created a number of charity projects: Arthur Giloyan organized and supervised:

  • - a significant contribution was made to promotion of the national television.
  • - a memorial dedicated to fallen soldiers was designed and constructed
  • - a monument to Avasi, a national singer and story-teller, was installed in the town of Ahalkalaki
  • - a school and a medical centre were built and equipped
  • - an educational project ‛R-vek‛ was created, which awards medals and certificates to best students of the year.
